4What is 111Vinhos?
111 Vinhos is a wine selling, consulting and communication company that started its activity in January 2015 and operates in the Greater Lisbon region.
It sells mainly wines from Quinta e Herdades, of medium-high quality developed exclusively for sale in the wine cellars, on-trade market and export markets.
Our suppliers bet on quality as a factor of differentiation, using ingenuity, respecting tradition and exploring the land and the grape varieties.

Orders and Payments

1Orders - How to place an order at 111Vinhos?
The order can be made through our Online Store, in a very simple process:
1º - Add to the shopping cart the products you want to order;
2º - Complete your order by filling out the requested fields;
3º - Complete the payment - After receiving it in our system, your order will be processed and sent and you will receive our confirmation and shipping information.
Note: Orders placed in the online store will be processed after the payment is completed.
2Orders - Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
3Payment - What are the accepted payment methods?
At 111 Vinhos online shop, payments are accepted through Multibanco references, MBWAY (both for customers with bank accounts in Portugal) and Paypal.

Shipping & Returns

1Returns - What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the shipping company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and notify 111 Vinhos immediately.
2Delivery - What is the delivery time for an order?
Usually, after shipping, an order at 111 Vinhos takes the following time to be delivered:
- Up to 24 hours in the Lisbon area;
- Up to 72 hours in the remaining areas of Continental Portugal;
- Between 5 and 9 working days in Madeira and Azores archipelagos;
- Approximately 4 working days in Peninsular Spain;
- Approximately 6 working days in the rest of Europe;
- Approximately 7 working days in the rest of the world.
3Shipments - To which countries does 111 Vinhos deliver?
The products available, either in our physical or online store, can be shipped to almost any country in the world. For any further clarification, please contact us.
